【1 Preparation 5 minutes】
Tear cabbage into slightly larger than bite-sized pieces by hand, pound hard parts of cabbage with flat side of knife blade, and soak in water for about 5 minutes. Cut green onions into diagonal slices about 3-5cm long, separating root end from the leaf. Mince garlic and ginger.👉 Tearing the cabbage by hand makes it easier for flavors to marinade.
👉 Soaking the cabbage in water beforehand gives it a crisp texture.
👉 Set aside the white part of the green onions to use separately.
