Kimchi Fried Rice

How to cook rice

It is recommended to eat within 3 days for the best taste.

👉 The prep & cook time is an estimation. It will differ based on circumstance.
👉 1 cup (150g) of rice will cook to be about 350g. 300g of rice make about two portions.

・ Green onions
・ Pork
・ Eggs
※  Oil
・ Kimchi
・ Chicken bouillon
※  Salt
※  Pepper
・ Special seasoning

👉Soaking the wooden spatula in water before stir-frying will keep the grains of rice crispy and avoid clumping.

【1 Preperation 3 minutes】

Rinse and cook 1 cup of rice(2 cups for 4 servings). Wash green onion. Cut off ends and thinly slice into small pieces. Cut pork into bite sized pieces. Crack eggs into a bowl and mix.

【2 Stir Frying 5 minutes】

In frying pan, add oil and stir fry pork.

【3 Stir Frying 5 minutes】

Once meat is cooked, add eggs from 【1】and continue to stir fry until cooked. Add kimchi and mix the ingredients.

【4 Stir Frying 5 minutes】

Add 300g (2 bowls) of rice(4 bowls for 4 servings) and stir fry until the rice changes color.

【5 Stir Frying 5 minutes】

Once rice is mixed well, reduce heat to low. Add chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, and mix. Add special seasoning and mix. Once finished, add green onions from【1】.

【6 Plating 5 minutes】

To a plate, add【5】.
