[Ingredients]

・ Chicken thighs
・ Special teriyaki sauce
・ Marinade mix
※  Oil

[Tips]
👉By browning the first side you cook, it becomes fragrant and even more delicious.

【1 Preparation 10 minutes】

Rub marinade mix into chicken and let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes.

【2 Frying 6 minutes】

Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken, smooth side down, and cook for about 6 minutes until golden brown.

【3 Steam-grilling 3 minutes】

Flip chicken and cover with lid, then steam grill for about 3 minutes.

【4 Simmering 3 minutes】

Remove lid, reduce heat, and pour special teriyaki sauce over chicken. Simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes, while continuously spooning sauce over chicken.

👉When you add sauce, it quickly comes to a boil, so adjust the heat to prevent it from boiling over.

【5 Plating 3 minutes】

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces on cutting board. Plate chicken and pour remaining sauce over it
